Our Chef Luis Santibañez studied gastronomy at the Universidad Anáhuac with accreditation in Le Cordon Bleu, developing his career with more than 8 years of experience in different hotels and banquets. His cuisine stands out for honoring in each dish the roots of the place where he was born, the city of Oaxaca.
